Poor shipping October 8, 2012

I loved the product, EXTREMELY poor turn around time. My order was shipped 9 days after I placed it bc it was on back order. There was no indication at the time of purchase that the item wasn't in stock. Not informing the customer and allowing me to choose a different item or none at all is a poor way to conduct business. The company was unapologetic & chaotic.
