World of Leggings Exchange Policy

ALL ORDERS FROM DEC 1 - DEC 23 CAN BE EXCHANGED UP TILL JANUARY 15, 2017 - NOTE:  EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY

At WorldofLeggings.com, we want you to love your new leggings purchase but we know that sometimes you need to exchange an item and or maybe even return it.  

We do not accept returns or exchanges if: 

1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 

You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your World of Leggings purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

In the case of returns, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to World of Leggings. In the case of domestic exchanges (USA and Canada), World of Leggings shall send your exchanged leggings back at no charge, one-time. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. World of Leggings will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.  

For International exchanges and returns (outside of the United States and Canada), World of Leggings does not provide shipping for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. 

 

Exchanges

To Exchange or return an item(s), proceed as follows: 

1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange or refund without it.
2. Please write on the receipt which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.
3. Mail your package to:

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, World of Leggings shall process your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. We process returns 3 times per week and shall apply any refunds immediately upon approving your merchandise return.  Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Once approved for refund, World of Leggings shall process your return on the original credit card used for purchase. WorldofLeggings.com is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies or procedures.  Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.
