World of Leggings Return Policy

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:

1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item (Sale Items, Undergarments, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Pierced Jewelry, Shapewear, Butt Boosters / Shapers)
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition 

You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your World of Leggings purchase. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

In the case of returns, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to World of Leggings. In the case of domestic exchanges (USA), World of Leggings shall send your exchanged leggings back at no charge, one-time. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. World of Leggings will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item. 

  • Upon receiving your return, World of Leggings shall process your return within 48 hours after receiving your package
  • Once your merchandise is inspected and approved, a refund will be applied back to your original card / form of payment within 3 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will not be issued for worn, washed, altered items or for items that are Final Sale.
  • World of Leggings can ONLY process your refund to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is not possible due to a cancelled card, a check will be issued and mailed to your address provided.
  • World of Leggings is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies and procedures. Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.
  • Store credit CANNOT be converted to a refund
  • If all or the majority of order is returned for a refund or store credit, the full cost of shipping your order shall be deducted from your refund if shipping costs exceeded shipping fees charged.  This is at the discretion of World of Leggings and is based on the value of items kept versus value returned.  

For International exchanges and returns (outside of the United States), World of Leggings does not provide shipping for exchanges. You are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. 

To Return Any Item(s), Proceed as Follows:

1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange or refund without the original receipt.
2. Please write on the receipt which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.
3. Mail your package to:

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, World of Leggings shall process your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. We process returns 3 times per week and shall apply any refunds immediately upon approving your merchandise return.  Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Once approved for refund, World of Leggings shall process your return on the original credit card used for purchase. World of Leggings is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies or procedures.  Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.

PLEASE NOTE:  It may take your bank or credit card processor up to 10 business days to process your credit back to your card once we process your refund.  We have no control over your bank's policies, procedures and processing time so please contact your financial institution as to their policies and status as to your refund once we process it.   

PHOTO SHOOT & EXHIBITIONS: World of Leggings reserves the right to deny any and all returns if it deems that the items ordered were used or ordered for any photo shoot, video shoot, public exhibition or any other form of commercial use whatsoever. All sales in this regard are final and the final determination resides solely with World of Leggings.
